Standard Delivery Services for the UK (inc Northern Ireland)

(i) Dried Hop Bines

All prices for dried hop bines are inclusive of delivery. For despatch of up to 4 bines delivery is by the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service. Packages sent by this method are usually received within 8 working days of receipt of order. Larger orders are sent by Parcelforce 48-hour service.

(ii) Fresh Hop Bines

All prices for fresh hop bines are inclusive of delivery. Despatch is by Parcelforce 24-hour with despatch/delivery dates agreed in advance with the customer. Orders are only accepted for delivery to areas that can be reached by a 24-hour service. Fresh hop bines must be unpacked from their boxes immediately on receipt.

(iii) Hop Plants

All prices for hop plants are inclusive of delivery. Despatch is by Royal Mail 1st Class Packets or by Parcelforce 24-hour service for larger orders.  Despatch/delivery dates can be agreed in advance with customers to ensure the plants can be unpacked and planted immediately upon receipt.

(iv) Dried Flowers - bunches and arrangements

Delivery is charged at £7.50 per order, (reduced to £5.00 when ordered along with a dried hop bine). Orders are generally sent by the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service. Packages sent by this method are usually received within 8 working days of receipt of order. The minimum order value for despatch is £20, which can be made up from any combination of bunches, heads or arrangements of different varieties.

(v) All Other Items - including essential oils, culinary essences, flower heads, toiletries and gifts

Delivery is charged at £3.50 per order, (delivery is waived if the items are ordered in combination with dried flowers or dried hop bines).Orders are generally sent by the Royal Mail 2nd Class Packets service. Packages sent by this method are usually received within 5 working days of receipt of order. (Large packages may be sent by the Standard Parcels service, for which delivery may take up to 8 working days from receipt of order.)

Express Delivery Services for the UK (inc Northern Ireland)

Upgrades for speedier delivery can be requested for an additional charge. Please telephone for details/costs to place an order if delivery is required urgently.

International Delivery on selected items

Requests for quotations for international delivery can be telephoned or emailed to us, but please note the following exclusions:-

(i) Dried Hop Bines

We cannot despatch hop bines abroad by Royal Mail because of the box size but are happy to prepare orders for collection by the customer's own courier.

(ii) Fresh Hop Bines

We cannot despatch fresh hop bines abroad.

(iii) Hop Plants

Hop plants can be despatched to certain countries within the EEC but we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery. Delivery methods and costs will be agreed with the customer before despatch.

(iv) Dried Flowers – bunches, arrangements and flower heads

Small boxes of dried flowers can be despatched within the EEC (approx 6 – 10 bunches, depending on variety). Customs import restrictions usually limit the delivery of dried flowers to other countries. Delivery methods and costs will be agreed with the customer before despatch.

(v) Essential oils, essences and toiletries

International delivery is available for these items at additional cost. Delivery methods and costs will be agreed with the customer before despatch.
